Da Lat - Dreamlike Moments

I recently got back from my trip to Da Lat, and I thought I’d shared my favorite moments in there and my all impressions about the romantic city.! This was the first time I went to Da Lat city, so I was very excited. The cover photo was taken when I was walking around Ho Xuan Huong Lake. I don’t think you can ever get tired of a view like that.

Da Lat – one of the top prioritized destinations in Vietnam for its romantic and flowerful beauty. Located in the South Central Highland of Vietnam (Lang Biang Highland), this town was originally the playground of the French, and now aday “valley of love”, surrounded by cool, fresh and silently charming atmosphere.

Thanks to the advantage of height and enclosing pine jungle, Dalat is featured with temperate climate. What is more, coming this small town, you have chance to discover four seasons in one day: these are spring in the morning, summer in the afternoon, autumn in the late noon and winter in the evening, so Dalat is always romantic every time.

On a whole, Dalat looks like a cross between Vietnam and the French Alps. Most of its hotels and houses were built in French style. The town spreads across a series of pine-covered hills, with a small lake in the center, while surrounded by high peaks, creating a lovely scenery quite different from the rest of Vietnam.

Today, Dalat is undoubtedly a beautiful tourist town. The vast majority of visitors are both domestic and foreign tourist on short package tours, drawn by the scenery, vivid blue skies, fresh air, flowers-filled parks, and local edible treatment. Dalat is a favorite destination for company weekend outings, family get-away, most of all, honeymoon.

After some hours of discovering the famous destinations, I stopped on street and tasted local food in there. Dalat cuisine is famous for its use of fresh ingredients, such as vegetables, herbs and meat. Due to this, combined with a minimal use of oil, Dalat cuisine is consider as one of the healthiest ways to cook on earth.

Because the temperature is pleasantly warm by day, and quite cool at night, so I could wear freely a shorts with T-shirt all the day. And when the sun went down, well I just need a wool scaft or a cardigan to keep me warm. If you are fond of fresh air, beautiful followers, or old buildings... Dalat is your accurate choice.I absolutely love traveling. It’s so refreshing to see whole new culture and be taken out of your elenmant. For me, traveling helps me grow a little bit with every flight or every new person I meet on my travels. Dalat was so amazing and so fun to meeting the locals and being able to relax in the beautiful designed hotel
